The structure is characterized by its straight, clean lines, and a minimalist approach. There is a noticeable absence of ornamental details, focusing instead on simplicity and functionality. Combination of rectangular and cubic forms, creating a dynamic and visually appealing structure.
The layout includes open-plan living areas that extend to the outdoor spaces, such as the pool area, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and flow. The interior composed of a dining room area , 3 master bedrooms , guest spaces and an office.
